review on chetan bhagat's novels...

Chetan Bhagat is the upcoming Indian writer who have wooed all the youngsters to have a king-sized life in the best colleges and universities of the world...!!!! He has ,no-doubtedly, stuck his feets in the list of the good writers in the world..! His novels are bit realistic...and revolving around day-to-day problems happening to especially the young aspirants.

1. FIVE POINTS SOMEONE

This book revolves around three iitans who, being the 'bright' guys scores a five pointers GPA and finds that they are not 'bright' in this campus..!
But the narrator Hari, his friends Ryan and Alok try their luck to improve their grade in different ways only to end up every time in a mess. Of the three, the story is narrated in first person by Hari, who is not that attractive, but smart enough guy to befriend the Head of the Department’s daughter, Neha. Ryan Oberoi the handsome dude, though full of creativity, wealth, style and ideas seldom has any romantic liason. Alok is a fatso and glutton and positively irritating. !! Neha is a current era girl , liberated....and does not mind spending 'quality' time with her boyfriend.
So, Chetan Bhagat deals with these three notorious guys...who enjoys the life at Delhi IIT campus and faces various challenges there..! It is a really interesting novel and angles to most graduating hostelers. The best part of
this novel is its climax and the way he has given a complete picture of the characters is applausable. Its language is really easy and best for the beginners !! Do read this novel for fun and passing good time.

2. ONE NIGHT @ CALL CENTRE

Well....i wount call it a 'great novel' but it is a good story based on the lives of employees at the IT sector.
The story starts with the author meeting a lady during his travel and the lady narrates the story to the author…the promise that the author make to the lady is that to publish this as his story. The story revolves around six people ( viz Esha, Vroom, Shyam, Priyanka, Radhika and Militry uncle )who are working in call centre business in their division handling Western Appliances Strategic Group (WASG) in Gurgoan, New Delhi. Each character has their own dream to pursue but has compromised their wishes to work & earn at the call centre. The story is narrated by Shyam who had an early affairs with his ex-girlfriend, Priyanka.
The book shows on how a call centre operates and clients are attended from other parts of the world. In between these employees have their own problems and try to slove their own ways. The climax comes when these 6 people are in the verge of dying and then they get a call from GOD..!! and this was the most unexpected part on the whole book...! The whole book is a time pass and so..not a 'great novel' but a 'good story'.
